We use your information to provide and improve our services and ultimately to work with clients to help support their childcare business or education setting and tailor training to meet your needs.

When beginning a contract with Engage Early Years you will be asked to complete a booking form. Consent is gained at this point to hold personal data in line with GDPR.

Information collected by us will be used by Engage Early Years only and not passed to third parties unless you have given consent, except where the product or service is delivered by a third party on our behalf, or we are obliged by law to do so *. We will only keep data for as long as necessary.

Along with ensuring that all staff working for or on behalf of Engage Early Years are suitably checked via the Disclosure and Barring Service, Engage Early Years will report any concerns about children or professionals where necessary when engaged in work with clients.

We retain your information for as long as required either by UK or EU law and/or as long as we need it to fulfil the terms of your service engagement and/or to provide you with services or information you have requested or signed up to and for the legitimate running o Engage Early Years. When personal data is no longer required, all reasonable steps will be taken to erase or otherwise dispose of it without delay.​
