Feedback from participants:

I found the course really interesting and useful – it was encouraging to learn that my wife and I are doing plenty of good things already, while also discovering more of the rationale/reasoning behind it; and extra bits which can help reinforce good behaviours – for both parents and child! For me it worked well over Zoom – I also found the ‘breakout’ sections useful – the other parent I was paired with each time was easy to talk to and while we were in different situations, it was good to discuss what we’d just heard and consider how they applied to us.

The Emotion Coaching course by Shana was great. Her calm and non-judgmental nature, expertise and resources were extremely useful in understanding children’s development and perspectives better and with that supporting parents to make more informed and enabling choices in their parenting approach. Highly recommend this course to anyone who is a parent. Thank you Shana!

It is really a pleasure to follow your sessions which are informative and enjoyable, and a balance between background interesting theory and hands-on approach, delivered in a non pressurised way.

Shana was a confident and passionate trainer who made all participants feel welcome and understood. She had a clear and easy to follow presentation with lots of different activities to make the theory learning engaging, even via Zoom. My partner and I finished the course with a clear understanding of how we could use emotion coaching straight away and some resources to support us We even messaged Shana the next day to let her know when we had our first emotion coaching success! Overall a very positive and supportive experience with a great trainer. Thank you Shana!
